We want our school to grow into an active mentoring community and learning centre. We want to nurture the growth of all children and all adults to keep on inquiring, discovering and learning. We acknowledge that teachers and school leaders need support to meet both the technical demands of their work as well as the adaptive and often difficult challenges of our fast changing world. Together we seek to provide the on-going support in new ways of working, new ways of learning, growing and leading as part of our process to fulfil our school vision.

Much of our support and growth will be nurtured from within the school community through the practice of leadership and the work we do together by professionally challenging and encouraging us all to keep inquiring, to keep discovering and to keep learning.
